I recently made this video using my voice (you can hear Peter Pusskins too!) affirmations and my art work, to help me stay focused on my healing.
I was recently given a diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer. I’ve never been told that I have ‘cancer‘ before. It’s really scary.
My first move was to discover Louise Hay‘s most powerful affirmation for healing cancer. It goes like this –
“I lovingly forgive and release all of my past. I choose to fill my world with joy. I love and approve of myself.”
In order to help myself really get these new thoughts ingrained into my default mind I repeated and repeated them. I then found more. I then started building a script that felt really nourishing to me. I then started creating images to fit the affirmations. And then I started weaving them all together into iMovie and this is the result I got.
